We issue a licence for your site and send you a download link. The link stays valid for 24 hours after it is first opened — within that day you can download the file again if something goes wrong.
One file, two questions, a few minutes. The steps are below.
| Operating system | Ubuntu 22.04 or 24.04 LTS, x86_64 |
|---|---|
| CPU | 8 cores |
| Memory | 16 GB |
| Disk | 100 GB free or more — for the video archive |
| Network | RTSP access to the cameras; internet access for installation and updates |
| Ports | 8080 — web interface, 3001 — internal API |
| Software | nothing to install beforehand: the installer sets up Docker itself |
Connect to the server over SSH and run two commands, using the link from our email:
The script asks two questions — the administrator's e-mail and password (press Enter to generate one). Everything else happens on its own: server checks, downloading the components, startup.
When it finishes, it prints the web interface address, the login and the password. Open the address in a browser and go to Settings → Cameras to add your cameras, then press “Update system”.
The licence sets how long the system runs and how many cameras it covers. Its status is shown in the interface — Settings → Licence.
The system activates itself on first start. If the connection to our server is temporarily lost, it keeps working.
When the term expires, incident detection stops and settings can no longer be changed, but signing in, the event archive and the video recordings remain available. Write to us to renew.
| The link no longer opens | a day has passed since the first download — ask us for a new one |
|---|---|
| The installation failed | send us the full output of the script |
| Installed, but the interface does not open | check that port 8080 is not blocked by a firewall |
| Moving to another server | write to us: the licence is bound to a specific installation |
